After performing at several corporate receptions, I’m back on stage this weekend at a black-tie event at The Hotel Sask, known at “Bowties & Sweethearts Valentine’s Day Gala”. I will be sharing the stage (and performing a duet) with Rory Allen and another Regina up-and-coming performer, Jodi Scott! Should be fun and the black-tie dress code will be a big change from Craven’s dress code of bikinis, boots and belt buckles!

My promotions manager Lauren Tutty, is keeping me busy! This week, I’m Live with Chad Bertrand at CHIP in Fort Coulogne, Quebec, on Tues. March 2^nd, at 4:15 pm (Regina time) and then have a taped interview with Bob Bannister on CKYC Owen Sound, ON, Thurs. March 4^th, 10:30 am (Regina time). Bob has a program called “What’s New”, and it will be aired at a later date! On Friday, I’m in Saskatoon at CJWW to tape a segment with Jay Richards, for “Made In Canada”. CJWW’s award winning SCMA program.

The last 2 weeks have been a great experience! On Feb. 19th, I had an in-station interview with Paul O’Neil at Big Dog 92.7. Paul was a riot!! He played a clip of my single, Love Goes On. Paul’s Blog can be found at the link below:

Then on Feb. 21st, I was featured on Saskatchewan Country Music Showcase with Jim Strom, on Country 100 FM. Jim was amazing as in between his interview questions he played all 5 tracks from my CD! Then on Feb. 23rd, I was interviewed by Dave Baker of CJVR, Melfort, SK, and CIXM, Whitecourt, AB, for an upcoming feature on his show, “Canadian Coast to Coast”.

Hey guys… this has been a crazy week! Sunday, I performed with my band at the Federated Coop Annual Convention, Delta Hotel Regina. 400+ people! Band was fantastic. Ken Burton, guitar; Jayson Brinkworth, drums; Laura Roddick, keyboard; and Brett Schinbein, bass. Wed. nite, I opened for Nashville stars Williams & Ree, at the Craven Country Jamboree sponsors event! I performed 4 songs with Ken on acoustic. Was a great opportunity. Met Willie Cole from CKRM, Heather from Big Dog 92.7, Kim Blevins from Craven Jamboree and of course, Troy Vollhoffer of Premier Global… the company that puts on Craven!
